If your item has been personalised in anyway, designed using our online tool or you added a name, words, text or a photo then we cannot offer returns or refunds on these products unless we made a mistake (that’s rare but we are human).
If the name, design, photo and any other personalisation were what you sent or requested and that is what we printed then the order is final and we would not return or replace if the mistake was with our clients. We will endeavour to fix the problem for you so please ensure you check everything before ordering or speak to our personal shoppers who can help.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
